- Pro-active performance appraisals of key parameters during steady state/transient modes.
- On/off-lines condition monitoring schemes and performance package development (running power & efficiency estimation).
- Root cause investigation of distressed components, failure and restoration (tooth, shaft, bearings, seals, casing distortion, foundation).
- Gear/pinion shafts balancing (low speed).
- Review/improvement of gearbox supervisory instrumentation.
- Alignment (hot/cold).
- Life cycle cost & remaining life assessment.
