- Pro-active performance appraisals of key parameters during steady state/transient modes to capture faults at embryonic stage before they turn in to full-scale problem that may lead to un-plan interruption in production.
- Axial compressor fouling measurement schemes, evaluation and performance restoration.
- Axial compressor cleaning intervals, methodologies and practices (on/off-line).
- Actual air and fuel flow measurements and calculation.
- On/off-lines condition monitoring schemes and performance package development (power & efficiency estimation).
- Root cause investigation of distressed components, failure and restoration (nozzles, blades, bladed-disc, bearings, seals, combustion hardware, casing distortion, fuel nozzles).
